The Compass program supports nearly fluent Deaf parented heritage language users of ASL on their path to becoming professional interpreters by helping them build upon their existing language skills, explore their identities and culture; and by providing educational opportunities and resources.
Through this 10 month program, Compass offers on line and on site learning opportunities as well as 1:1 mentoring.

​While there are no tuition costs, participants must have access to:
  • A computer with a webcam
  • Reliable internet
  • Video recording capabilities (phone, tablet, computer, etc.)
